Heating of flat house

The goal of this bachelor thesis is the design of heating systém for apartment house in Brno. The heating system is two-pipe closed with forced circulation. Areas of the heating surfaces are panel radiators and tubular. The heat source for the solved object are two gas condensing boilers in the technical room. Mixed hot water heating will be solved in an indirect heating heater. In the theoretical part the thesis deals with the types of heating systems and radiators.

The point of the thesis was to design a heating system for new residential building, situated in Nový Lískovec, Brno. As a source of heat has been designed condensing boiler fueled by gas that meets the need for heating of heating system and hot water. All of the equipment will be located in a utility room on the ground floor. In the apartment have been designed decorative panel radiators.
Use of energy assessment for the design of the building with almost zero energy consumption

The diploma thesis deals with the design of nearly zero energy buildings. It focuses primarily on optimizing the thermal insulation thickness at a cost-optimal level. Based on energy consumption analysis, three heat sources are selected and then evaluated using an energy assessment. The building is evaluated in terms of energy, economic and environmental.

The aim of my thesis is to design new Guest house in Čeladná. First part is focused on building design and construction. Second part is focused on heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) design and renewable energy sources. Third part is focused on detailed solution of noise and vibration from the environment around building. Guest house is three – storey building but there is one more underground storey for technical facilities. Ground floor contains staff facilities, restaurant, entrance hall with stairs and office. On the second floor we can find four guest rooms with terrace and corridor. On the third floor we can find three guest rooms. Heating in the building is secured by gas condensing boilers. Ventilation is provided by two air condition units. Each guest room has radiators and cooling distribution units and ventilation. Cooling is secured by one cooling unit on the green roof. On the gable roof we can find 75 photovoltaic panels. Third part is focused on detailed solution of noise, vibration from the environment around building and spatial acoustics of guest room. The thesis is carried out in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Lumion and DEKSOFT software. All structures comply with the valid standards and regulation.
Heating residential building

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis are issues of condensing boilers in theoretical part. The computational part solves design of heating and hot water in residential building in Kyjov. The four-floor residential building is situated in slightly bulit-up area. It consists of 9 flats for 24 persons. The heat source for this building is a gas condensing boiler. The heating surface consist of steel panel radiators, tubular heaters and convectors.

Heat pumps in heating systems

This master´s thesis addresses heating of the new three - storey office building, which is located in Brno Pisárky. The heating system is designed as a low-temperature system with forced circulation of water using mostly panel radiators. As the heat source was designed two variants. The first heat source is the heat pump air - water, which is installationed inside. The second heat source is a gas condensing boiler. The part of design is preparation hot water. Ventilation of the building is equal-forced. Experimental part of master´s thesis is focused on measuring the amount of electricity produced per year by photovoltaic panels on the existing house in Brno Pisárky. Thesis also includes measuring outdoor temperature and intensity of solar radiation. The result is a comparison of the need for electricity for the heat pump for heating family house, total electricity consumption family house and amount of electricity produced by photovoltaic panels.
Heating of Apartment Building

In my bachelor thesis I propose heating and the preparation of hot water in an apartment building in Most. It is a renovated brick house with free floors. In the calculation I deal with the design of heating surfaces, distribution of hot water, hot water preparation and the sources of heat. I designed panel and tubular radiators and floor convectors for the bulding. Hot water, two pipe and symmetric distribution. The house will use the central system of hot water preparation. I selected a separated preparation of hot water for the production of untility hot water and hot water for heating. There will be two boilers installed in the house - a condensing and a low-temperature one. The condensing boiler will serve to prepare hot water for heating and the low temperature boiler for the preparation of hot utility water. The theoretical part will focus on the issue of regulation.

This Diploma Thesis presents a project focused on the installation of utilities consisting of fresh and hot water distribution, gas plumbing, and waste or sewage piping within the building along with their connection to a public network. The building is located in the village of Ratmerice and is intended as a hotel with a restaurant. In addition, the document presents different options for hot water preparation and distribution, along with an assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of the different systems available. A comparative analysis based on various criteria is carried out to determine the optimal solution for the specific characteristics of the building, its intended use, and the availability of public servi-ces in the given location.
